Making H&M Payments
There are various options when it comes to paying for your H&M out-of-store purchases, for your convenience we have highlighted some of the most commonly requested pieces of information.
Payment methods include:
- In-parcel slip – payments should be made within 20-days of the invoice date
- Monthly invoice – payments should be made within 45-days of the invoice
- Monthly instalments – payments can be typically split over 11-13 months

Returning a parcel to H&M
Sending goods back to H&M can be done in either of two ways and must always be sent with 28 days of a delivery receipt.
Orders delivered by courier can likewise be easily returned by a H&M courier – one call to the H&M Customer Service team is usually all it takes to arrange a convenient collection time.
If your order was delivered by Royal Mail returns can be made simply by completing the returns slip and taking your parcel to your nearest Post Office.
